The hotel rooms, meant for people with a disability, were unfortunately very noisy, even with the window closed, and the aircon only worked on high temperature. However, they were well-appointed and spacious for Paris standards, although showing signs of age.
The hotel has a good location with a beautiful view and convenient access to the Metro. The rooms, though a bit old-fashioned, are spacious and clean, but the bathroom lacks hot water in the morning. The service provided was very pleasant and helpful, with friendly staff always in a cheerful mood. The dining experience offered plenty of choices and a great start to the day. Overall, the hotel needs some refurbishment but is a great value for money.
